Most items sold on Cre8rHub are digital and are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. You receive:
Download links are tied to your order and remain available for as long as the product does. If a link stops working, email support@cre8rhub.net with your order number and we will reissue it.
If payment succeeds but no email arrives within 30 minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us. Do not pay again — duplicate charges are refunded, but re-paying delays access.
Access is granted as soon as the first payment clears and continues for the period paid for. Recurring access renews automatically until cancelled.
Booking a session confirms the slot immediately. Joining details are sent by email, and again shortly before the session. Times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless the creator states otherwise.
Where a creator sells a physical item, the creator is responsible for packing and dispatch. Unless the product page says otherwise:
Tracking details, where available, are emailed on dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — courier delays, weather and local restrictions can extend them.
Digital products carry no delivery charge. For physical items, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. If no charge is shown, delivery is included in the price.
Please check your delivery address before paying. We cannot change an address once an item has been dispatched, and a parcel returned because of a wrong address may incur a re-shipping charge.
If a physical order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or a digital order has not been delivered at all, contact support@cre8rhub.net. Undelivered orders are refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
